HCR 23                                                                                            
The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                   
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 23                                                              
    Proposing amendments to Uniform Rule 20 of the Alaska State                                     
    Legislature; and providing for an effective date for the                                        
    amendments.                                                                                     
                                                                                                    
HCR 23 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                     
Finance Committee.
